We also prioritize flexibility, communication, and being available when you need support throughout the planning process. Will I know who my coordinator is before my wedding?

Absolutely! We don’t believe in sending someone you’ve never met to coordinate one of the most important days of your life. Your lead coordinator will be involved during your planning and preparation, including meetings and applicable venue visits, so you’ll already know and trust the person standing beside you on wedding day.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We’re based in Scottsdale, Arizona and serve weddings throughout the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, as well as destination celebrations throughout Arizona. We’re happy to travel outside of Arizona as well! Depending on your wedding location, additional travel and accommodation fees may apply.

Yes, I’m happy to work with your budget, especially if you have a lower guest count than a traditional wedding.
