The Planner
What sets us apart from other wedding coordination services in Arizona is that we are a small, boutique team. Rather than working with a large company where you’re passed between multiple people, we keep things intentionally personal. You’ll always know exactly who you’re working with and who will be there supporting you on your wedding day.
From start to finish, we work closely with each couple to understand every detail of their plans and vision. Our team is small by design so that your story, priorities, and plans are never lost in translation.
We have a genuine passion for love stories, which fuels our dedication to making each celebration memorable and meaningful. We also prioritize flexibility, communication, and being available when you need support throughout the planning process. With our personalized approach and commitment to each couple, you can trust that your wedding will be a true reflection of your love.
Yes, I do have a background in cybersecurity, and it’s surprisingly relevant to my work in wedding coordination! In my cyber role, I often encounter high-stress, high-pressure situations that require quick and accurate remediation. This experience has trained me to think on my feet and remain calm under pressure, which is essential when unexpected challenges arise during wedding planning.
In the world of wedding coordination, things don’t always go as planned, and I’m equipped to handle those moments with grace and efficiency. My ability to assess situations swiftly and implement effective solutions ensures that your special day runs smoothly, allowing you to focus on celebrating your love without the stress of potential hiccups. This unique skill set not only enhances my planning process but also provides you with the reassurance that I’m prepared for anything that comes our way.
I decided to become a wedding coordinator because it allows me to combine my passion for love stories with my expertise in planning and organization. While working in cybersecurity, where I developed skills in coordination, problem-solving, and maintaining calm under stress, I realized that these abilities could translate beautifully into the world of wedding planning.

Day-Of Coordination
No, day-of coordination doesn’t mean I only meet with you on your wedding day. In fact, the industry is evolving towards a more accurate term: "Month-of coordination." While my primary focus is on ensuring everything runs smoothly on your special day, I believe in maintaining open communication throughout the planning process. I’ll meet with you in the weeks leading up to the wedding to discuss your vision, finalize details, and create a comprehensive timeline. This way, I can ensure that your expectations are met and that your day is as stress-free as possible. On the wedding day, I’ll be there to manage everything, allowing you to fully enjoy the celebration with your loved ones.
The key differences between a day-of (or month-of) coordinator and a wedding planner lie in the scope of services and the timing of their involvement.
A wedding planner is involved from the very beginning of the planning process. They assist with budget management, venue selection, vendor recommendations, and overall design, guiding the couple through every step to bring their vision to life. Their role is comprehensive and ongoing, ensuring that all details are considered and executed effectively.
In contrast, a day-of (or month-of) coordinator steps in closer to the wedding date, focusing primarily on the execution of the plans already in place. With my process, we begin working together about three months before your big day, starting with initial meetings to review all planning details, discuss logistics, and begin building a seamless timeline. This allows plenty of time to ensure everything is organized, confirmed, and fully ready for execution.
From there, we meet, finalize timelines, and confirm all details leading up to the event so nothing is left to chance. On the wedding day, I manage the event, coordinate vendors, and handle any issues that arise, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your celebration.
In summary, while a wedding planner handles all aspects of the planning process, a day-of (or month-of) coordinator specializes in executing the established plans - beginning collaboration three months out to ensure a smooth, organized, and stress-free wedding day experience.
While an on-site coordinator at your venue can be incredibly helpful, having a day-of wedding coordinator can still be beneficial. Venue coordinators typically focus on the logistics specific to the venue itself, such as setup and catering services. However, a day-of coordinator will be dedicated to your entire wedding experience, managing all aspects of the event, coordinating with your vendors, and ensuring that your vision is executed seamlessly.
Having both allows for clear communication and a smoother flow on your wedding day. While the venue coordinator handles venue-specific tasks, your day-of coordinator focuses on the overall coordination, timelines, and any unique elements you've planned. This way, you can relax and enjoy your day without worrying about the details, knowing that both teams are working together for your success.
While having supportive bridesmaids and family members can be incredibly helpful, hiring a day-of wedding coordinator is still advisable. Your loved ones may want to enjoy the day as guests rather than managing logistics, which can be stressful. A day-of coordinator brings expertise in handling unexpected challenges, coordinating vendors, and managing the timeline, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
With a dedicated coordinator, your family and friends can fully participate in the celebration without the pressure of overseeing details. This allows you to enjoy your special day without worrying about tasks or potential hiccups, knowing that a professional is there to ensure everything goes according to plan. Ultimately, a day-of coordinator can provide peace of mind, allowing you and your loved ones to focus on what truly matters—celebrating you!

Micro-Wedding
A micro-wedding typically includes a smaller guest count (usually under 50) and a more intentional, intimate celebration. It can still include all the traditional elements - just on a smaller, more personal scale.
Yes! We offer flexible coverage based on your specific needs. Whether you need a few hours of support for a dinner reception or coordination for a short ceremony, we can create a custom plan that fits your event.
Absolutely. We love working with non-traditional formats like reception-only celebrations, private dinners, or cocktail-style events. These types of weddings are perfect for this package.
For most micro-weddings, we begin coordination a few months before your event, similar to my month-of services. This ensures everything is organized and executed seamlessly.
