Absolutely! We don’t believe in sending someone you’ve never met to coordinate one of the most important days of your life. Your lead coordinator will be involved during your planning and preparation, including meetings and applicable venue visits, so you’ll already know and trust the person standing beside you on wedding day.
We’re based in Scottsdale, Arizona and serve weddings throughout the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, as well as destination celebrations throughout Arizona. We’re happy to travel outside of Arizona as well! Depending on your wedding location, additional travel and accommodation fees may apply.
Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with the vendor team you’ve chosen and regularly work alongside new venues and wedding professionals. For couples who need recommendations, we can also connect you with trusted professionals based on your vision, priorities, and budget.
Yes, I’m happy to work with your budget, especially if you have a lower guest count than a traditional wedding. Day-Of Coordination
No, day-of coordination doesn’t mean I only meet with you on your wedding day. In fact, the industry is evolving towards a more accurate term: "Month-of coordination." While my primary focus is on ensuring everything runs smoothly on your special day, I believe in maintaining open communication throughout the planning process. I’ll meet with you in the weeks leading up to the wedding to discuss your vision, finalize details, and create a comprehensive timeline. This way, I can ensure that your expectations are met and that your day is as stress-free as possible. On the wedding day, I’ll be there to manage everything, allowing you to fully enjoy the celebration with your loved ones.
The key differences between a day-of (or month-of) coordinator and a wedding planner lie in the scope of services and the timing of their involvement.
A wedding planner is involved from the very beginning of the planning process. They assist with budget management, venue selection, vendor recommendations, and overall design, guiding the couple through every step to bring their vision to life. Their role is comprehensive and ongoing, ensuring that all details are considered and executed effectively.
In contrast, a day-of (or month-of) coordinator steps in closer to the wedding date, focusing primarily on the execution of the plans already in place. With my process, we begin working together about three months before your big day, starting with initial meetings to review all planning details, discuss logistics, and begin building a seamless timeline. This allows plenty of time to ensure everything is organized, confirmed, and fully ready for execution.
From there, we meet, finalize timelines, and confirm all details leading up to the event so nothing is left to chance. On the wedding day, I manage the event, coordinate vendors, and handle any issues that arise, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your celebration.
In summary, while a wedding planner handles all aspects of the planning process, a day-of (or month-of) coordinator specializes in executing the established plans - beginning collaboration three months out to ensure a smooth, organized, and stress-free wedding day experience.
While an on-site coordinator at your venue can be incredibly helpful, having a day-of wedding coordinator can still be beneficial. Partial Coordination
Partial Planning begins 6 months before your wedding date, giving us plenty of time to step in, assess what’s already been completed, establish priorities, and guide you through the remaining planning process. Need support a little sooner? Additional months of planning can be added to your package for couples who would like us involved earlier.
That’s completely fine and very common! Partial Planning is perfect for couples who have already started planning but realize they’d like additional professional support. We’ll meet you wherever you are in the process.
Partial Planning is ideal if you want to be involved in planning your wedding but don't want to figure everything out alone. You may already have your venue and a few vendors booked but want professional guidance with the remaining decisions, vendor team, design, and logistics.
Yes! We can help you establish a cohesive direction for your wedding and provide guidance on elements such as colors, rentals, linens, décor, florals, signage, and overall guest experience. Partial Planning includes design guidance rather than full-service event design or production.

Micro-Wedding
A micro-wedding typically includes a smaller guest count (usually under 50) and a more intentional, intimate celebration. It can still include all the traditional elements - just on a smaller, more personal scale.
Yes! We offer flexible coverage based on your specific needs. Whether you need a few hours of support for a dinner reception or coordination for a short ceremony, we can create a custom plan that fits your event.
Absolutely. We love working with non-traditional formats like reception-only celebrations, private dinners, or cocktail-style events. These types of weddings are perfect for this package.
For most micro-weddings, we begin coordination a few months before your event, similar to my month-of services. This ensures everything is organized and executed seamlessly.
